To make a claim, click Claim Now and complete the online form. You’ll need your personal details, your bank account information, the details of your purchase, and a clear photo of your receipt. The whole process takes less than 2 minutes.
Your receipt photograph must clearly show: the product name, the date of purchase, the price you paid, and the retailer's name or logo. Ensure the image is well-lit and in focus. Receipts that are illegible or incomplete will not be accepted.
Once your claim has been approved, your cash back will be transferred to your bank account within 10 working days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your claim is received and again when payment is processed.
Yes. Your bank details (sort code and account number) are encrypted from the moment you submit them using industry-standard encryption. They are stored securely and only accessed by authorised staff for the sole purpose of processing your cash back payment. They are never shared with third parties.
This promotion is limited to one claim per person. Multiple claims submitted using the same email address, device, or bank account will be identified and rejected. Each claim must relate to a separate qualifying purchase made within the promotion period.
If your claim is rejected, you’ll receive an email explaining the reason. Common reasons include an unclear or incomplete receipt, a purchase outside the promotion period, or a duplicate submission. You may be asked to resubmit with additional evidence. If you believe your claim was rejected in error, please see our contact details in the T&Cs.
Any purchase of a qualifying product at full retail price from a participating retailer during the promotion period qualifies. Purchases made using discount codes, loyalty points, or as part of a multi-buy offer may not qualify. See the full terms and conditions for details.
